  I have been coming to this gym since April and I can honestly say that I am a changed person. A couple months before I joined, I was so upset and constantly negative about the way I looked. I heard about this gym through a friend and the moment I walked in I knew I was making the best decision. All the trainers and leaders there are such AMAZING and SUPPORTIVE people. They aren't like other gyms that just want to take your money and only see you as number but once you walk through the door you are greeted with a hug and asked how everything's going. It's just awesome! It is how June and I started weighing in at 164 pounds and in the last couple months I have gone down to 146 it has felt amazing. You have all this constant support and family feeling from the other people at the gym. My confidence and self esteem has risen and it feels great knowing that they do charities every month so not only are you working out for yourself but also to help out in a different cause! I recommend this gym for everyone it is simply one of the greatest investment you will ever make for yourself!
