  I'm not even sure how they are still in business. They lack professionalism and couldn't even seem to get our escrow paperwork right...aren't they an escrow company? From names being spelled incorrectly, to not following through, and taking FOREVER to do anything. The notary they sent also was very effective at slowing things down by waiting to drop our paperwork in the mail. We didn't have a choice since there was an existing relationship with our agent but if you can avoid these guys - save yourselves a headache. Purchasing a home is stressful enough but Town & Country succeeded in making it even worse.
