  We came in and literally waited 1.5 hours for food. We watched people come in after us, order, eat, leave, and then another party at the same table did the same thing. And what's really terrible is the friend we went with was SO excited for us to go there. When they finally gave us our food, it wasn't prepared well, almost as if they were just trying to get it out to give us something, and several of the orders were incorrect... that's AFTER they brought some plates out and then removed them from in front of our salivating friends before they got to touch them (I still don't understand why). We didn't complain and tried to make the best of it, but they never even tried to apologize. Needless to say, none of us will be going back. The experience here made us very sad and disappointed.

  I understand that may be your goal. However, when we came that was not the case and your staff was completely aware. Instead of replying to the comment on here, perhaps you and/or your staff could have tried to apologize or rectify what happened and this review could have been very different.
