  Very Very disappointed. Scheduled for a sliding door repair. 30 minutes after the appointment time I called to see where they were. Receptionist said he was apparently hung up on a previous job. They tried twice to reach him and said he didn't answer his phone. Poor service. I had to schedule a couple hours off work and drive across town to wait for someone that never showed up or managed to even call or let me know they were going to be late. This cost me time off work and wasted gas. They do not have good customers service. I called aaa superior sliding door and they were on time and in face $40 cheaper.
