  This credit union has a lot of issues. I'm pretty sure they hate their customers and want to avoid them. It is nearly impossible to get thru their phone system and get to a human being. It will hang up on you when you press 0. I was not able to do a deposit over the phone in any way. No credit card advance, no transfer, nothing. These people are impossible to work with.

  My card expired so I called and they said on a recording they are open but don;t answer phones. whats that about. They just merge with another credit union and my branch closed and the nearest is now 30 miles away so I called the other one they merged with. They said they can't help me I must contact visterra . Called the credit card company they said they can't help call visterra.
