  I came in with a gift card and purchased some socks, which left only $9 on the card. I was given it as a gift and don't usually shop here. I asked for the remainder of the card in cash, which is by law in CA fine. At first the clerk said it's only under $5, which it's not it's $10 and under. He said they don't have any way of doing it, which is a lie...a manager came over and said he knew how to do it, but refused rudely and walked away. Now I know some might think it's just $9, but Billions of dollars a year are wasted on gift card balances and the businesses love it. After calling their corporate office I was told that they do honor the law and they would correct the issue, by calling and explaining to the clerk how it's done, remember the manager already knew how but refused. After an hour I was given the $9! The reason I stayed and the reason for this review is that this store does not care for their customers or the law! All the manager had to do was push two buttons and give me the money, but like a complete jerk he admitted he knew how but wouldn't!
