  Trying to reach someone at this pharmacy who can help is like jumping into a black hole!! It is an exercise in frustration. Everyone I talk to asks the same questions and then says they can't help me. Sometimes I am transferred to another department where this process is repeated. I have been on the phone for hours being put on hold, transferred to another person who repeats what the last said, or told to call "my insurance."
  Something has gone very wrong with this company,
  I wonder if the executives and marketing department read reviews??
